Steps to Unlock a Suspended User Account (Admin)
If a user does not log in to App for more than 30 days, their account will be automatically suspended based on the security policy. Suspended accounts can be reactivated by an Administrator.
- Log in as an Administrator.
- Klik User Management.
- Klik Mencari button and find the user you want to unlock.
- Once the user is found, click the 3 titik button and select User Settings.
- Uncheck Terkunci, lalu klik MENYIMPAN.
