Follow these steps to clear your browser’s cache and cookies
Android (Google Chrome)
- Open the Google Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Pilih Sejarah.
- Tap Menghapus data pencarian.
- Choose the desired Rentang waktu. To delete all browsing data, select Sepanjang waktu.
- Select the checkboxes for:
- Cookie dan data situs
- Gambar dan file dalam cache
- Tap Hapus data.
Iphone (Google Chrome)
- Open the Google Chrome app on your iPhone.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Pilih Sejarah.
- Tap DeleteΒ Browsing Data.
- Choose the desired Time Range. To remove all browsing data, select All Time.
- Select the following:
- Cookies, Site Data
- Cached Images and Files
- Tap DeleteΒ Data.
- Tap DeleteΒ DataΒ again to confirm.
PC (Google Chrome)
- Membuka Google Chrome on your computer.
- Klik three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Pilih Lebih banyak alat > Menghapus data pencarian.
- Choose the desired Time Range. To remove all browsing data, select All Time.
- Select the following checkboxes:
- Cookie dan data situs lainnya
- Gambar dan file dalam cache
- Klik Hapus data.
Your browser cache and cookies have been cleared. You can now reopen app and try again.
