How to use Chatbot feature

Open or Close the Chatbot

1. Click the 💬 Chat icon in the top-right corner of the page to display the chatbot.
2. Click the 💬 Chat icon again to hide it.

Start a Conversation with the Chatbot

1. Click the 💬 Chat icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.
2. Click the Send a Message field.
3. Enter the following information:
   • Name
   • Email Address
   • Company Name
   • Subject

Note: The information you provide helps our support team identify and contact you regarding your inquiry. Please ensure all information is accurate.

4. Select Talk to Bot (Faster) or Talk to Agent (Slow).
5. Choose one of the suggested topics or enter a new question.
6. The chatbot or agent will analyze your request and provide a response.
