Training Material: Approving a Worker Letter of Appointment (LOA)


LOA Approval Process

  1. Login as the Appointee or Reviewer:

    • Ensure you are logged in as the appointee or one of the reviewers assigned to the LOA.
  2. Navigate to the Manpower Module:

    • Go to the Manpower module and click on “Worker.”
  3. Locate the Worker and LOA:

    • Find the worker for whom the LOA was created.
    • Click on the three dots button next to the worker’s name and select “LOA.”
  4. Review or Sign the LOA:

    • Locate the specific LOA that needs approval.
    • Click the three dots button next to the LOA and select “Review/Sign.”
  5. Approve the LOA:

    • As the appointee, sign the LOA to accept it.
    • As a reviewer, sign the LOA to approve it.
