Bulk upload LOA (Letter of Appointment), RA (Risk Assessment), and SWP (Safe Work Procedure)

The upload process is the same for LOA (Letter of Appointment), RA (Risk Assessment), and SWP (Safe Work Procedure). This guide uses LOA as an example and demonstrates how to upload multiple files (bulk upload). You can also upload a single file by selecting only one file during the upload process.

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. On the My Tasks page, tap the + button in the lower-left corner.
  3. Under Form Type, select Letter of Appointment (LOA).
  4. Tap the LOA form displayed at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap Add Files, then tap Browse Files to open your device’s file manager.
  6. Select one or more LOA files to upload, then tap Open.
  7. Tap Upload.
  8. Enter a caption for the attachment(s).
  9. Add your signature.
  10. Select the Assessor who will review the LOA, then tap Submit.
  11. Files have been uploaded successfully.
  12. The submitted LOA will appear in Records with the status Pending Assessor until it has been reviewed.

Notes :

– The same procedure applies to uploading Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedure (SWP) documents.

– After submitting your LOA, RA, or SWP, the document will be reviewed by the assigned Assessor and then approved byΒ Approver.

– Once the document has been approved, it can be attached to a PTW Plan.
