Steps to Unlock a Suspended Account Using OTP

1. Log in to App using the suspended account.
2. Click the Click Here link in the suspension notification at the top of the page.
3. Click Send OTP Code To My Email.
4. Open your email inbox and copy the OTP code received.
5. Enter the OTP code and click Submit OTP.

your account already unlocked and you can log in to App normally

Note:
– If the OTP email is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
– An account may be suspended for any of the following reasons:
The account has been inactive or not logged in for more than 30 days.
The wrong password was entered 5 times consecutively.
The account was manually suspended by the Administrator in your company.
