Steps for HSSE Inspection, Corrective Action, Verification, and Rejection
A. Conduct HSSE Inspection by Inspector (HSSE)
- Log in to App.
- Click the Conduct HSSE Inspection menu.
- Click the + (plus) button on the Inspection list.
- Fill in the required information:
- Organization
- Function
- Designation
- Remark (if needed)
- Start Inspection
Once all fields are filled in, click the SAVE button.
- Click the orange menu button in the lower-right corner, then click the + Add Findings button.
- Fill in the Finding editor with the required details, such as:
- Location
- Company Responsible for Finding
- Company Trade
- Responsible PIC
- Type of HSSE Finding
- Act or Condition
- Other relevant details
- Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom
Note:
Once submitted, the assigned PIC will receive a Telegram notification and an outstanding task update for the rectification finding sent.
B. Rectification by Person-In-Charge (Work)
- Log in to App.
- Click the My Tasks menu.
- Click the HSSE Inspection card.
- Click the Pencil button on the finding inspection in your Outstanding Tasks.
- Check the finding from the HSSE Inspector, then perform the corrective action by clicking the blue + (plus) button.
- Fill in the Remark, Date and Time, and attach the required materials, then click SUBMIT.
Note:
A notification will be sent to the Inspector (HSSE), and the status will change to Pending Verification.
C. Verification by Inspector (HSSE)
- Log in to App.
- Click the My Tasks menu.
- Click the HSSE Inspection card.
- Click the Pencil button on the finding inspection in your Outstanding Tasks.
- Click the corrective action that has been completed by the PIC.
- Check the corrective action from the PIC. If it is appropriate, give a remark to approve, then click the APPROVE button.
D. Rejecting a Corrective Action by Inspector (HSSE)
If the corrective action still does not meet the requirements, you can reject it using the steps below:
- Open the corrective action submitted by the PIC.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) menu, then click Reject.
- Fill in the Reject Reason, set the Due Date and Time for the corrective action, then click the REJECT button.
Note:
- Corrective Action is performed by the PIC to fix an issue found during an HSSE Inspection.
- Corrective Action can be submitted multiple times if further improvement is still required (e.g. if rejected by the Inspector).
