How to Create a New Announcement
1. Go to the Announcement menu
2. Select Announcement Management
3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)
4. Click β+β to create a new announcement
5. Fill in the required fields:
– Title – Announcement title
– Severity – Level of urgency
– Recipient :
Company – All users under the selected company will receive the announcement
Project – All users under the selected project will receive the announcement
User – Only selected users will receive the announcement
– Content – Announcement details
– Attachment (optional) – Attach PDF or image files
– Broadcast Method :
Email – Send via Email
Telegram – Send via Telegram
6. Choose one of the following:
– Save as Draft – Save without publishing
– Publish – Publish immediately
