Here are the steps to copy from a template:
1. Go to the Announcement メニュー
2. Select Announcement Management
3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)
4. クリック Copy from Template
5. Select the desired template and click the コピー ボタン
*If no template exists:
6. Verify all details, especially Title, 受信者、 そして Broadcast Method
7. Choose one of the following:
– Save as Draft – Save without publishing
– 公開 – Publish immediately
