Training Module Guide – For Workers

This guide is for workers registered in PEER:

 

Step 1 – Performed by a User with Administrator Access

  1. Go to the Worker menu under Manpower Management.

  2. Select the desired worker, click the three-dot icon, then choose Competency.

  3. Click the Add New Competency button (bottom-right corner).

  4. In the Competency / Course field, select the desired course.

  5. Choose the one labeled with PEER Course, then click Save.

  6. The username, password, and verification link will be sent to the worker’s phone number via SMS.

 

Step 2 – Performed by the Worker

  1. Click the verification link sent via SMS.

  2. After successful verification, click the Back to Login button.

  3. Enter the Username and Password, then click Sign In.

  4. Navigate to the Training Progress menu under the Dashboard.

  5. Click the three-dot icon next to the course and select Learn.

  6. Choose the desired material and click Start Section.

  7. Click the Start Section button again to begin.

  8. After completing the section, the material will be marked as Passed.

  9. Complete all available materials.

  10. Once finished, click Go to Results and select Submit Results.

  11. Click Close Course to end the session.

  12. Return to the Training Progress menu.

  13. Click the three-dot icon and select View Certificate.

  14. Click Download Certificate to save it as an Image or PDF.

  15. To share the certificate, click the Share button.

 

Note

a) Please make sure the worker’s email and phone number are valid for verification purposes.

b) The verification link will be sent via SMS and is valid for 8 hours.

c) If the worker’s email, phone number, or NRIC matches any entry in User Management, the course enrollment will not proceed.
