Steps to Set Project Role Permissions

1. Log in to App as Administrator.
2. Klik Project Management.
3. Klik 3-dot button on the selected project, then click Izin.
4. Pilih Peran Proyek from the list, then click the pencil icon.
5. Set the required access rights for the project role by selecting the relevant modules.
6. Klik Menyimpan.

Catatan:

– Access rights are configured in two parts:
Part A — Set directly within the Permissions screen as described above.
Part B — Must be configured separately under Data Setup > Peran Proyek.

– Do not delete a project role that is currently applied to a form workflow, as this will cause an error in the form.

– Do not rename a project role while it is still applied to a workflow form, as this may cause confusion when the project role name no longer matches the workflow form.

– The Vendor Available permission can technically be used for Maincon users as well, but it is recommended to keep Maincon and Subcontractor project roles separate for clarity. For example: Pemohon for Maincon and Subcon Applicant for Subcontractor.
