Steps to Complete a PTW (Permit to Work)

There are two types of PTW completion in PEER:

A. Completion According to Schedule

Use this when your PTW has been approved by the Assessor on the last scheduled day.

1. Log in to App.
2. Klik My Tasks menu.
3. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the PTW that has been approved on the last day.
4. Klik Sunting.
5. You will be directed to the PTW completion section.
6. Scroll down, fill in your signature, and click the MENYELESAIKAN tombol.

B. Completion Not According to Schedule

Use this when your work is finished earlier than the scheduled end date (e.g. PTW scheduled for 3 days, but work is completed on day 2).

1. Log in to PEER.
2. Klik Mengajukan HSE PTW.
3. Find and click your PTW Plan.
4. Locate the Hari ini marker showing your current PTW day, then click the approved PTW Main Form.
5. You will see the submission page for the next scheduled day. Click the MENYELESAIKAN tombol.
6. If a “Skip Workflow” notification appears, click OKE.
7. Once the workflow is skipped, you will be redirected to the PTW Plan page. Click the PTW Main Form again.
8. Scroll down, fill in your signature, then click the MENYELESAIKAN tombol.

Catatan Penting:

• Once a PTW status changes to LENGKAP, it means the work has fully finished and the PTW can no longer be updated.
• Successful completion will change the PTW’s status on the PTW list to LENGKAP.
