If you encounter an “Invalid Passcode” error while signing in to the application, please make sure that all of the settings below have been configured correctly.
1. Check the Date and Time on Your Device
For Android
- Membuka Pengaturan.
- Pergi ke System atau General Management.
- Tap Date & Time.
- Enable the following options:
- Set time automatically
- Set time zone automatically
- If these options are already enabled, try turning them off, then on lagi.
- Close and reopen the Google Authenticator app.
- Generate a new OTP and try signing in again.
For iPhone (iOS)
- Membuka Pengaturan.
- Tap Umum.
- Pilih Date & Time.
- Turn on Set Automatically.
- Verify that the correct time zone is displayed.
- Reopen Google Authenticator and try signing in with the newly generated code.
2. Sync the Time in Google Authenticator (Android Only)
Catatan: This option is only available in some versions of Google Authenticator. If you do not see this option, simply ensure your device’s date and time are set automatically (Step 1).
- Open the Google Otentikator app.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Pilih Pengaturan.
- Tap Koreksi waktu untuk kode.
- Pilih Sinkronkan sekarang.
- Wait for the confirmation message indicating that the time has been synchronized.
- Return to your account in Google Authenticator.
- Wait for a new six-digit code to appear, then try signing in again.
3. Verify That You Are Using the Correct Account
If you have multiple accounts stored in Google Authenticator, make sure you are using the code associated with the correct account.
- Membuka Google Otentikator.
- Review the list of accounts displayed.
- Locate the account that matches the application you are trying to access.
- Verify that the account name, email address, or username matches your login account.
- Gunakan six-digit verification code displayed for that specific account.
- Enter the code before it expires (codes typically refresh every 30 seconds).
