Enhancement and Features

1. Status Alias: Added a Status Alias menu to Data Setup.

2. PTW Checklist: The PDF attachment contents are now included in the form printout.

3. HSSE Inspection: Added Hazard Type menu to data setup.

4. HSSE Inspection: Severity level can be customized in the Hazard Type menu.

Bug Fixes

1. Form Template: Fixed the company logo size on the form printout.

2. PEER: Fixed ‘number range’ question type not saving the entered value.
