How to Login

Follow the steps below to log in to your PEER account.

1. Access PEER – Open your web browser and go to your organization’s PEER portal (e.g. live.wshpeer.com).

2. Fill in Login name and password – Enter your registered Login Name (this can be your email address or assigned username) in the Login Name field, then enter your account Password in the field below it.

3. Click SIGN IN – Once both fields are filled in correctly, click the SIGN IN button to continue.

4. Enter your Google Authenticator passcode – If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, find the 6-digit passcode for PEER, and enter it in the field provided. Click SUBMIT to complete login.

Note:

– The passcode in Google Authenticator changes every 30 seconds. You need to enter it before the code expires, or the app will generate a new one and your entry will be rejected.

– If you don’t have access to Google Authenticator, contact your project administrator for help resetting two-factor authentication on your account.

– Make sure your Login Name and Password are entered exactly as registered – both fields are case-sensitive.
