2FA Activation
.Download and Install the Google Authenticator Application on your smartphone.
Steps for Desktop Version
- Log in.
- Go to My Profile, then select Account and Security.
- In the Two Factor Authentication Setup section, click the SETUP button.
- Scan the QR Code using the Google Authenticator application.
- After scanning, a passcode for your account will appear in Google Authenticator, which changes every 30 seconds.
- Enter the 6-digit passcode from your Google Authenticator app into the field “Enter the six-digit code from the application”.
- Click Enable.
- From now on, after logging in with your email and password, you will be asked to enter the passcode from your Google Authenticator app. This is to enhance your account security and prevent unauthorized access.
Steps for Mobile Version
- Log in.
- Go to My Profile, then select Account and Security.
- In the Two Factor Authentication Setup section, click the SETUP button.
- Copy the code shown below the QR Code.
- Open the Google Authenticator app, tap the Add (+) button, then select Enter a setup key.
- In the Enter Account Details section, enter a Code Name (for naming your passcode).
- Paste the code you copied earlier into the Your Key field.
- Finally, tap the ADD button at the bottom.
