Bulk User Upload
1. Go to User Management
2. Click the orange button at the bottom right
3. Select ‘Bulk Register’
4. Click ‘Download Template’ and then click Save
5. Fill in the data in the template as follows:
- Fullname – User fullname
- Alias – Alias name (optional)
- Login Name – User login name
- Email – An active email is needed for verification
- Mobile – Active phone number for registration notifications via Whatsapp
- Designation – User designations available in the project
- Identity Number – User identity numer (optional)
- User Access RightΒ – User access right in the project
- Password – User password
- Note:
- -Make sure the data is correct before uploading it to the system.
- -Please follow the instructions provided in the file.
6. Next, click ‘Browse File’ and select the file.
7. Then, click the ‘Upload’ button.
