Steps to Duplicate/Copy a PTW (Permit to Work)
- Log in to App.
- Click the Apply HSSE PTW menu.
- Find the PTW you want to duplicate.
- On the right side of the PTW, click the three-dot (⋮) button.
- Click Copy Plan.
- Edit the required fields. The Start Date will default to today’s date. Click NEXT.
- Edit the Person Responsible field if needed, then click SAVE.
- Open the PTW Draft that was just copied.
- Continue with the PTW process as usual.
Important Note:
– The Copy PTW function can only be used on PTWs that have already been submitted, and only within the same tenant.
– The copied PTW will be saved as a Draft. Make sure to review all fields, especially the Start Date and Person Responsible before proceeding with submission.
