Steps to Duplicate/Copy a PTW (Permit to Work)

  1. Log in to App.
  2. Click the Apply HSSE PTW menu.
  3. Find the PTW you want to duplicate.
  4. On the right side of the PTW, click the three-dot (⋮) button.
  5. Click Copy Plan.
  6. Edit the required fields. The Start Date will default to today’s date. Click NEXT.
  7. Edit the Person Responsible field if needed, then click SAVE.
  8. Open the PTW Draft that was just copied.
  9. Continue with the PTW process as usual.

Important Note:

– The Copy PTW function can only be used on PTWs that have already been submitted, and only within the same tenant.

– The copied PTW will be saved as a Draft. Make sure to review all fields, especially the Start Date and Person Responsible before proceeding with submission.
