Scenario 2: Bulk Worker Registration
Template Preparation:
- Downloading the Template:
- Click here to download the template for Bulk Worker Registrations.
- Filling Out the Template:
- Ensure that each worker’s Full Name, Identification (NRIC/FIN), Email, and Mobile are correctly filled in.
- Make sure all tables have borders, as the system requires this to correctly read and save the data.
- Do not modify the header names in the template. Any changes will result in a failed upload.
- Do not change the name of the “Worker Registration” sheet within the template.
- For dates, ensure you use the DD-MMM-YYYY format.
- Uploading the Template:
- Once you’ve completed the template, you’re ready to upload it into the system.
Template Uploading:
- Accessing the Worker Module:
- Navigate to the Manpower module.
- Click on “Worker.”
- Initiating the Bulk Upload:
- Click the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Select “Bulk Worker Upload.”
- Uploading the Template:
- Click on the “Browse Files” button.
- Select your completed template from your device.
- Click “Upload” to add the workers to the system.
Note: You can update a worker’s data by re-uploading the worker list, but ensure the NRIC remains unchanged.
